Sort of disappointed in Vinland Saga. A "good" adaptation, yes, but a "great" one would have sacrificed a panel-to-panel adaptation in favor of doing both England and Jutland arcs in one season imo

Been watching DanMachi recently, it's a decent series, generally gives me a smile and a way to relax after a long day. I'm probably gonna pick up the Sword Oratora series, and then either the Movie or Season 2.

It is Tenchi Muyo? I'm thinking that can't be it, because that was bigger more than a decade ago. But there are a lot of different harem animes now.

Posted here a long time ago about starter animes and ended up not taking your advice at all. Sorry

But I have started watching Hunter X Hunter and it is such a good anime. It's upbeat, in-depth, and always has good animation.

Since I joined VRV I can watch lots of different anime, but I have Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Attack on Titan, and JoJo in my watchlist so I don't miss out on them.

Honestly I don't know why I didn't start sooner. Anime is so enjoyable, everyone should try and watch some at some point. There's something for everyone.

Also, just a recommendation to keep in the back of your mind (no rush): The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. It is a classic that ought to be enjoyed by all generations. Personally, I recommend the dub, but the sub is fine too if you prefer.
