Explanation of the flagThe characters down the side are the characters of fire, water, wood, earth, and metal. These are the 5 traditional Japanese or Chinese elements and a central part in Hashizawan religion. The large characters centered in the right of the flag are the characters to Hashizawa. The three stars outside of the central large star represent the commoners, the lords, and the emperor. The large central star represents Oichi, the current capital. Red stands for blood, white for the heavens, green stands for the earth.

Speaking of Gundam series, I recently got into Gundam Build Fighters, along with Mobile Suit Gundam Thunderbolt. Otherwise, I've been rewatching Aldnoah.Zero, binge-watching Gunslinger Girl, and discovering the entertaining world of Baccano!.
Spoiler alert for GBF:Reiji and Aila settle down and have a kid as of BFT Island Wars.
Also, I can't help but see Eastern Front parallels in Thunderbolt.

I mean, I know people have their own personal tastes, but the sheer amount of people refusing to watch them/hate of mech shows is just weird. Especially since the reasons people usually give are rather... shallow.
Huh.

Clearly only acceptable mecha shows are ones that embrace ridiculousness of the concept, instead of trying to somehow ground it someway.
Also lack of cybertank shows is apalling.
