Feels like Pop Team Epic anime ought’ve been done in short episode format, because the barrage felt too much.

Finished up You're Under Arrest: Full Throttle last night. I enjoyed it. It was more of what I loved about the series except for one very serious issue. Namely that at some point between Fast & Furious and Full Throttle everyone suffered severe head injuries and came down with a case of amnesia because literally none of the character development that happened during the entirety of that season mattered. A major character was straight up unpersoned and others are reduced to one-off appearances. A disappointing end to an otherwise great series.

I am currently watching Shoukoku no Altair, Fairy Tail (season 3 I think; where Lucy's father left her the clock's hand) and Matoi the Sacred Slayer. Shoukoku no Altair is underrated but I love it. The historical theme, the battle, the political atmosphere just blend perfectly. Fairy Tail is of course, great. Matoi the Sacred Player starts a bit awkward for me but it has progress.
