Is anyone having issues on the puzzle portion of the Best Left Forgotten quest in Fallout 4: Far Harbor?

Every time I fall off the map by accident, I go on an infinite loading loop.

I don't mind the settlement building system, but the way it is forced to the player irritates the fuck out of me. Should've just copied Mass Effect 3's simulation instead.

God damn, it's been ages since I thought about RCT2. I loved that game. Hell, I just straight-up loved tycoon games. RCT3 and Zoo Tycoon were my favorites, although I also have fond memories of Carnival Cruise Line Tycoon and Mall of America Tycoon, which were probably pretty stupid but six-year-old me don't give no shits.

RCT3 was garbage. Also for RCT2 I strongly recommend downloading Openrct2. It's a fan made update which fixes various bugs, adjusts some of the in game limits and also resolves some of the compatibility issues caused by the game being 14 years old. It requires a RCT2 install, but you can get the game for dirt cheap these days.

I've just realised that since I bought these games through GoG, they won't be downloaded or launched through the Steam client.
Consider my OCD duly triggered.

I went for WiC (includes Soviet Assault), Beyond Good & Evil and also Brutal Legend, because it looks fun enough and it's 90% off.

Doesn't steam let you add non-steam games to your library? You can launch them from there.
TG me about my avatars for useless trivia.

A very good link right here.

Aha!

Yes, I just spied that option as well.

Still gonna install the GoG launcher so that it's easier to download the games - WiC is split into three parts for no real reason (seems to be base setup, base game, Soviet Assault expansion judging by filesizes), and I can't be bothered with that.

Annoyingly, unlike with Humble, I don't seem to be able to just get a key for the games.
WiC is no longer on Steam, hence why I need GoG, but BG&E and Brutal Legend are both available on Steam. I assume this is because Humble is selling you keys to a Steam game.

I won Roller Coaster Tycoon 1, 2, and 3, and Zoo Tycoon 1, and 2, and various expansions for almost all of these, all on CD. They were pretty much my childhood.

I also owned Roller Coaster Factory 2....

Honestly, I also played a lot of SimCity 3000 (mostly to make wildfires for some reason, we need a game with better wildfires now), and Sim City 4, though I don't think I ever got good at any of those, because a kid doesn't exactly know how to manage a city.

I would always wait 'til my park got to a decent size in RCT2, and then I would just use the scroll wheel to watch the balloons fly into the clouds and pop. I would literally do that for hours. I was easily amused back then.

I noticed it a year or two ago, when it no longer had a price on my wishlist, along with Shellshock 2: Blood Trails.

Officially, support was no longer provided. It was a Sierra game, so I think that's probably what "happened" to it, given it was lost to the bowels of Activision.

not really

you'll at least want some air defense units against helicopters, artillery to lay smokescreens and suppress enemy units, and infantry for contesting towns and shit, to back them up

recce is useful too

just spamming tanks without supporting assets means they'll get badly wrecked trying to root out ATGMs and enemy armor hiding in forests, infantry in towns is incredibly costly to take on with tanks, and so on

I'd write a long post, but eh, just have this

it's a handy guide to everything Wargame

Neat.

How easy is it to encircle your enemies in ALB? I'm sure the tutorials are super easy mode but I enjoy penetrating their defenses in one spot and tying them down with another attack in a different spot. Cue encirclement.

I never encircled anyone in EE, though I never tried. I found the enemy, and I killed him.

If you can get around their flanks, you can exploit the often grossly reduced armour values of an enemy tank unit. Best achieved when laying ambush etc.
