Well Witcher 3 is super fucking long, but thats a different kind of game. For an FPS, about 10-12 hours i'd say. I think the Metro games are both about 8 or so hours from what i remember, and their campaigns are really enjoyable and feel like a decent length.

Fuckin' Christ on a stick. Forty hours to unlock a digital character? Fuck that, I got a life outside games.

While it is nice of them to cut the credit prerequisite, its still a loot-box heavy kind of game.

I feel them cutting the price is just damage control to make people feel better and maybe distract from it still being a pay-to-win title.

If anything, even more heat should be given to EA now.

That settles things, there isn't anything even remotely for me in this game.

I'm a "devil's" advocate for a lot things that people love to blindly shit on in the gaming industry, but damn, there really doesn't seem to be any redeeming value in BFII (2017) at all.

Four hours is very short. A decent game length should usually be around eight hours, or longer.

Decided to read online a bit and found some stuff about what happens later and its.. not surprising, kind of wish they would not go down this route though:

Iden defects to the rebels.... yaaaaaaaay.. would it have hurt to have a campaign as an imperial loyalist for once? Would have been far more interesting.

(if its true that is, im watching up to this point anyway)

I think it's been foreshadowed even in the trailer.

The main character just has too much arguments and fights with her commander. Grand Moff Tarkin, I believe?

To be fair, Imgur was originally created for Reddit so they'd have an image hosting site. Imgur became it's own community after that, but it's still tied to reddit.

Decided to read online a bit and found some stuff about what happens later and its.. not surprising, kind of wish they would not go down this route though:

Also they said it would take you up to the events of the new movies, yeah no thats not the case. The bulk of the campaign ends at the battle of Jakku, then there is a brief moment lasting around 15 minutes where you interrogate one of the main characters as kylon ren.

Well her backstory is already done with a novel about her, they also dont sound a like at all and i dont think are the same height. If it was going to be her they probably would have got Gwendoline Christie for it.
