BF1 Predictions On Factions/Weapons/Maps.

From What I Can Gather From The Wiki and some tweets from the official BF twitter, the confirmed factions are; The British Empire, The German Empire, The Austro-Hungarian Empire, The Kingdom Of Italy,
The Ottomans and The USA.

This has raised a massive red flag. USA over France? Really? A Nationon that lost 116,000 lives over a Nation that lost 1.3 Million? Heavens knows what their planning with Russia. Probably An Eastern Front DLC, which adds Russia and some Austro-Hungary & Germany vs Russian Maps. But why would they leave France out. Even if it is a DLC, it seems pretty stupid to include the USA as base game but not the french. The Home of the western front is just being ignored.

Apparently

The French are confirmed for multiplayer as DLC.

And I guess EA just haven't decided what to do for Russia. Probably more DLC down the line, who knows?

I just hope they don't make the same mistake WoWs did, and leave the UK out of the initial launch (of a game based on ww2 naval warfare no less) only to plan to add them in later. It's probably cost them a lot of potential players.
