Concept was a reference to the real-life USMCA trade deal and a scene from Girls und Panzer.
It starts off in what looks like an office parking lot in the middle of the day. USAball, Mexicoball, Gagium-ball, and Canadaball (all wearing their respective nation's icons- USA's wearing sunglasses, Mexico's in a sombrero, Canada's in a coonskin cap, you get the idea. Gagium is wearing a Confederate kepi cap), discussing their new trade deal and various economic issues. Exodiaball (wearing a baseball cap) hides behind a tree, watching them.
Exodiaball, seeing their backs are turned, slowly starts edging towards the group, but gets startled and stops as USAball clears his throat and turns around.
Seeing Exodiaball's almost-mortified expression, USAball tells him, "Calm down. You want to bring your opinion to the table?", raising his sunglasses as a sign of friendliness as the rest of the countries turn to face Exodiaball.
A red-faced Exodiaball asks, "Can I?" and stutters for a moment. He then introduces himself, taking off his cap and giving a slight bow.
"I'm Democratic Exodia, a bit southeast from everyone here. Not sure if I can be of help, but I look forward to working with you!"
