Can't you only return it within two weeks? I did my research on the Steam refund conditions beforehand because I wasn't sure if I could handle it. That's what I believe the condition was when I got it.

If you delete it on your steam library and then delete all it's files on your hard drive before redownloading it, it should work again

So this happened in a multiplayer game of HOI4. France somehow went communist without going down the left side of there tree. My friend playing Germany and I formed the axis along with our many puppets while Japan player made their own faction. They declared war on the French Commune which made them join the comintern in late 1939 which we took advantage of and declared war on France a month later. It took about a year and a half before this glorious mess. Forgive the alive Albania, Britain guaranteed them so we are waiting to plan the invasion of Britain first.

Hey Guys so in my first proper play of Castille I have completely conquered Portugal and now the have some Islands and some african province, What happens to them? Like will they still have the western tech group? Also Is there anyway of seeing how many ducats they have? I also have begun Intergrating Aragon and Naples.So I am gonna form Spain In 1539

Not really. If you're suing for peace you can tell how many ducats they have by the maximum amount you can take from them, but you can't just check how much money another nation has. I don't think so anyway.
