Beyond what it says on the Steam page, no. There was a thread asking for suggestions for DLC portraits, I guess these are the ones they picked.
Five additional alien races exclusive to pre-order customers, each inspired by design suggestions from the community. These dark, creepy, and twisted creatures include: Hydra/Xenomorph, Evil Porcupine, Dinosaur Bird, Shadowy Anthropoid and Fungoid Infected Mammalian, with which to populate the galaxy.

See that, that is a decent pre order bonus, some nice extra cosmetic stuff, nothing that is integral or important to the game *cough* chaos warriors dlc *cough* but is nice to have.

Fuck it i might break my no pre order rule for this one.
