Besides showing his god like powers off by one-shotting Solaris, and re-creating Krypton and Lois he is practically feat less. However, because of the way that sundipping works we can estimate how powerful this Superman really is.

You can do this by using the stats of the pre-52 Superman and multiplying them by how long he Sundips. Superman once sunidpped for 15 minutes, and came out 3 times as powerful. Assuming that this level of power never decreases or increases you can get vague calculations of how powerful this guy really is.

Goku can destroy an entire universe at SSGSSJ form (unless he's off-guard in which he is vulnerable to the Bad Ring Laser).

While Superman could go for a while without the sun, all Goku needs to do is hold up some Kryptonite and punch Superman point blank in the face.

Superman has the greatest superpower...not strength, not invincibility, not laser-eyes...
But the fact that his powers are literal MacGuffins. I'm not a comic book guy, but if he just has the power to rebuild the Great Wall of China with his mind, then I think the writers could probably say, "Oh, Superman can create suns because he just flexed hard enough"

Then again, Saitama still could gain more awesome powers, because he is (in the case of these two characters) the newest and hasn't been as developed as Goku or Superman.
