A question that has pondered on my mind for a long time. Which one of these powerhouses would achieve victory in direct battle if the 3 met and why? (Regardless of external factors such as author, genre, companion aid, etc.)

Superman. For one, Screwattack pretty much scientifically proved without a doubt that he beats Goku. And then Saitama doesn't stand a chance. Behold, a mighty list of Supes' feats.

List One: Canonical (Bronze Age and beyond) feats

• Flying to Alpha Centauri and back in less than two seconds
• Manipulating atoms in a nuclear reactor to turn passive industrial-grade Uranium into weapons-grade Uranium and making it explode
• Hauling the entire Earth (~6 sextillion tons)
• Nearly killing a Greek god with one punch
• Being able to annihilate the moon (stated only)
• Flying around the Earth several hundred times and sitting on the dark side of the moon for a long period of time and barely draining his energy reserves
• Combining x-ray vision and 'laser vision' to sever someone's brain stem without touching the rest of their body
• Lifting 4 quadrillion tons with one hand and barely straining himself
• Destroying a large portion of an Earth-sized planet with a single hit at slightly drained power
• Supplying enough muscle power to keep the fusion in the sun's core going for several years... using a lever
• Lifting a 500 million-ton piece of neutron star material without tiring himself in the least
• Consistently outsmarting a Level 12 intelligence, or a being too intelligent for anything below Level 9 to comprehend (humans are level 3!)
• Vibrating his fist at the speed of light, thus giving it infinite mass, and then punching (the impact has destroyed entire planets)
• Understanding every human language as well as a wide variety of alien languages
• Being a master in two forms of Kryptonian martial arts
• Holding a black hole in his hands
• Surviving a barrage of punches from Batman, despite the fact that he was wearing the Kryptonite Ring.

List Two: Non-canonical (Pre-Crisis Silver age and special storylines) feats

• Flying at several times the speed of light to travel back in time
• Flying fast enough to enter a parallel universe, and then destroying an entire star system with a single sneeze (I assume this means his snot particles collided with the planets and star at faster than light speeds)
• Towing a chain of ten Earth-sized planets (~70 sextillion tons in all) without straining himself
• Moving faster than the Flash can react, and it has been stated that the Flash can move much faster than the speed of light
• Splitting into an infinite number of increasingly smaller fully-sentient copies of himself
• Splitting into two fully-sentient beings
• Moving behind Batman and punching him in the back of the head hard enough to liquify his skull, all in the time it takes radioactive Kyrptonite particles to travel less than a foot
• Surviving a high-power nuclear blast and a fight with Batman (in his suit designed to kill Superman) that lasted over an hour
• Killing an army of Doomsday clones with a wide-beam shot from his eyes
• Lifting an island at least a kilometer across into low orbit, throwing it out of orbit, and then surviving a fall to Earth, all while under the influence of extreme Kryptonite poisoning (both from the island itself and the shard embedded several inches into his back)
• Storing materials in a pocket universe, and then producing enough energy with his eyes alone to open said pocket universe and rebuild a wall
• Catching two nuclear missiles going at top speed in mid-air
• Tossing a sack of all the world's nuclear weapons into the sun
• Surviving a hail of machine gun fire, temperatures hot enough to melt steel, and temperatures very near absolute zero without flinching.

Even if we're only counting canon (which makes sense), Superman still beats both of his opponents, even if they were on a team against him rather than fighting each other as well.

Superman is so insanely powerful that comparing Dragon Ball to Superman simply does not work.

Same logic applies to comparing Dragon Ball to One Punch Man, Saitama is so insanely powerful (for no reason at all may I add)

If we're using the current canon, which is New 52 and (I believe) most Bronze Age comics, Supes edges them all out just by a bit, If we're going with the insane non-canon Silver Age Pre-Crisis incarnation, he curbstomps everyone, and whether it's in a few seconds or few minutes depends on whether or not it's allerg yseason. Finally, if we're to go by the oldest incarnation, where he can't fly but only has the power of lumping far (yipee...), he is the first to be annihilated and I'm not so sure on which of the others wins.

Of course, there are other versions, including the stand alone story arc ones, the original movie one, the MoS one, and the GAU incarnation, among others, and probably a different scenario for each of these.
