I'm sure you get to choose what you actually want to get, though you would probably still end up with a nightmarishly large library.

And my dad said he did a gamble in early Steam days. Dropped $1,000 on Steam, and just so happened to be one of the "winners" in whatever it was, which was having the entire Steam library for free for life.

Of course, there is that initial $1,000, but the fact you could, say, get Xcom 2 on day one for free, it will over time pay for itself. It probably HAS paid for itself by now.

10 brand new games priced at 60 bucks would be 600 dollars.

Something like that pays for itself rather quickly.

It's so freaking unfair! Ubisoft needs to do something about these guys, because they take the fun out of everything, just like all the freaking aim-bot abusers!

That's actually pretty cool, because it's a risky but rewarding thing to play off, and certainly more interesting than just sitting in a room waiting for people to arrive.

Playing Darkest Dungeon, trying to kill the second boss ive encountered, the wizened hag. Half way to him in the dungeon, entire team gets fricking crushed by a horde of fungus monsters, three members die in battle including two having heart attacks due to being at 200 stress. Last member managed to successfully retreat from the battle at deaths door and as soon as i am about to hit abandon quest, she dies of a heart attack.

Lost everything that was sent with them and am now down to 5 gold with some of my best heroes dead, nothing to sell to refit my teams for expeditions. Lose the will to continue and restart the entire thing.

Darkest Dungeon 1
Me 0

and so it begins.

Or you can go on no provision dark runs, get look and treasure form what you can and bail when you have a good amount with noobie heroes and then dismiss them when stress gets too high. Decent way to come back but racks up weeks in NG+

Thats actually a pretty good idea. Think someone said something similar to me yesterday but i must have forgotten it.

Dealt with the necromancer apprentice there now on my second run, didnt lose anyone though the Vestal got pretty close to dying. And got my crusader up to rank 3 in the process.

Noice. This reminds me of a recent run I had. Went to go beat the Wizened Hag with a vestal, houndmaster, highwayman, and crusader setup. The houndmaster and highwayman were level zeroes (or maybe just the houndmaster) at the time. Buffed my guys with camping skills before the boss, especially the highwayman, and went in. Marked the hag with houndmaster and critted for 25 hp on her which was great. The hag kept putting the houndmaster in the pot which was difficult because he was the marker. But the highwayman and vestal were enough to kill her and the crusader was just there to hit the pot and take damage. I was open to losing a character, but thankfully didn't.

Also, judgement is good on vestal. Self heal and damage dealer? Yes please.

Yeah I suggested the dark runs but using the noobie heroes and dismissing them is a better idea than what I had.

I didnt even get close to the hag when i went for her, everyone died due to heart attacks like five rooms away. Might try a similar team though see if it works for me when i go for her again. Just need another crusader though, well i do have a man at arms, that could work as well or my leper.

Been playing a lot of Xenoblade Chronicles X, Shovel Knight, Freedom Planet, Race the Sun as well as my Genesis and Dreamcast libraries. Shovel Knight is great. Anyone anticipating Nintendo NX coming up, probably this year.

The leaks about the NX have me cautiously optimistic about finally having a Nintendo console that third-party developers will make games for again. It's supposed to be powerful enough to handle games the PS4 and Xbox One have today, but I'm worried Nintendo will still insist on some gimmicky control scheme that no one outside of the company will want to bother with like the Wii motion controls or the Wii-U tablet. At least they seem willing to test the waters with the NX handheld before going ahead with the full console.

Seems about right for a game with a title more suitable for a black metal song.

Has anyone played the new Tomb Raider. I'll be getting it for PC when it's released and I plan on trying to get full completion before Street Fighter 5 comes out. Reckon that's doable?

Ive got three of my Heroes in Darkest Dungeon up to Resolve level 3, soon ill be able to send out moderately experience teams on harder missions, which will result in them all dying horribly naturally. Ive also unlocked a second boss i can battle in the Ruins, which ill assemble a team for at some point, but i want to focus on getting more relics for upgrading my coach to bring in more heroes and expand my barracks as well as upgrade my blacksmith and guild.

They are my priority as i just spent a few grand i got from a medium length mission on upgrading all the armour and weapons for most of my heroes. Also wanting to do some of the Dark runs people suggested to me earlier to make some quick cash.

Here is a list of my heroes at the moment.

Yeah some of the names may be familiar hehe.

Yeah, maybe a dance black metal song. The game is a rhythm based dungeon game. It's...odd. You also have to fight in the rhythm of the music, and time it just right. It's actually quite hard.
