It does slightly change it though. If it were a reboot then all the seasons would certainly be getting updated especially in terms of rating, and actual violence they could get away with.

So they are correct that it is a conclusion just one so long in development hell the intro becomes rather literal.

I get your point, but there is a difference. A sequel would mean that they are planning to make more seasons and expand the story. This is a conclusion and I doubt I have to explain what that means.

Not really, there are multiple shows and movies that only have 1 sequel that also acts as a conclusions (Anime does this a lot).

I like that it felt like watching an episode from the first run. they don't overdo it with their newfound ability to show blood and gore. I loved the robot assassin he fought.

Finally getting a chance to sit down and watch. So far looks pretty true to the classic art style, which I'm glad to see. It looks nice.
Dunno' if I'm sold on the upgraded arsenal, but maybe it'll grow on me in time.
