I call it, Assaultron Pacifier.

I imagine these units putting down riots Pre-War.

I, too, enjoy imagining rioters knocking bipedal robots over and leaving them stuck on their backs.

Well I am on the opposite end of the spectrum as I imagine robots beating rioters back.

Considering that most f the aptches and things for bethesda games, that actually fix things, are made by modders, thats not exactly a bad thing.

What i meant, though, was that with this creation club crap, they release bug fixes, that did absolutely nothing. The patch that several people are working fixes the supposed bug fixes and more pressing ones such as hostile compantions, when there is no call for it, being unable to open doors for quests, infinite loading screens, etc, etc.

Ah, I thought you meant that they could at least include bugfixes on the Creation Club.

Their version of the pipe shotgun is like three times better than any of the existing mods I've seen for it, though, so there's that.

It doesn't use pipe rifle stocks, the barrels aren't as spaced out, and there are spring-loaded mechanisms as opposed to just a a curved metal tube at the base of each barrel.

still, would you pay 3-5 bucks for what is essentially a retexture?

Ok, it costs around 2 bucks, btu still.

Right now I've already got the basic double-barrel, a Chiappa Triple Threat, and a handmade revolving shotgun, so I've pretty much got scatterguns covered. But if I needed a pipe shotgun, I'd take the Content Club iteration over the Nexus models: one looks like a professional-grade asset that fits the aesthetic standards of the base game, the other looks like a bad mod.

There is more than one Pipe shotgun related mod, sure they might not look like much, but the vast majority of the creation club stuff, has little to no in game customization options, the aesthetically pleasing pipe shotgun included.

Speaking of horses, when the fuck are we going to get some sort of transportation faster than running? Fast travel is great and all, but it requires a discovered, marked location to work best.

What happened to all the horses in the Fallout universe? Did we eat them all or something? No mutant horses that can trek for miles? Not even improvised vehicles of some sort? We got vertibirds we can't even fly, but no ramshackle, home-made cars that run on solar power or something?

To be honest I'm surprised that one needs a mod to have a working car in Fallout 4- with all the Fusion Cores- and Fusion Core inputs built into the Corvega's back (to protect the driver from radiation)- well- it seems like one should be able to make a custom car like the mod allows- refurbish your old pre-war car that's just a steel hull in Sanctuary. Use Fusion cores to power it.

Given the state of the roads, cars would probably have some difficulty. Horses might be viable, but I bealieve they are canonically extinct. At least in North America.

That was confirmed as accidental and rendered non-canon.

But why? Can't somebody at least bring them back to life or something? Artificial engineering, cloning or whatever?

It depends on the car, really. Obviously they'd need to be off-road vehicles.

There is that cloning machine in nuka world.

But, it would take a team of scientists to get it working again.

A bit too much for my game. But that's the beauty of mods- they are optional additions to game play.
