There wasn't much wrong with the Enclave except for the whole "pure humans" shit, also the semi-fascism.

Just realized I have only beaten Each of the 3d fallouts once each, I have several thousand hours spread out, 2500 of which in New vegas, and I've never gotten any ending but Yes Man (Cause it was easy when i was 14)
