Nightstalkers and Cazadores already existed, as did Securitrons. I was referring specifically to the unique enemies.

The Roboscorpions were annoying and Lobotomites were laughably pathetic. The cyberdogs were cool, I guess. That giant roboscorpion though... that was pretty fucking cool, even though it's insanely easy to beat with good stealth stats.

The story is mediocre. Don't get me wrong, it's hilarious and outrageous, but it's still mediocre.

It's literally the worst. The enemies suck, the environment sucks, the bomb collar and radios was just dumb and made things way too tedious, the story was average at best.

The only really good part about Dead Money was the characters, who admittedly I did like.

Does anyone else just play the game as much as possible without locking out any factions before making a save that then lets you start all four endings right then and there? Just reload the save to see a new ending?

You can actually get pretty far and do almost every quest without locking out factions. I've almost never faced a hit squad.

And in all of the times I've played New Vegas, I've never been able to complete an NCR playthrough. The farthest I've ever gotten is dealing with the Boomers and Kings for them. I find Legion and House characters far more interesting.

I don't normally piss off the NCR so I don't have to worry about their kill squads, and Legion "assassins" are a huge joke.

I generally don't do side quests if they conflict with the ending I have in mind.

I like fighting trash mobs.

It's not really. I always tell Caesar and House to fuck off and suck the NCR's dick the minute I meet them and for the rest of the game. Sometimes I'll go Yes Man if I feel like it, but mostly I'm NCR all the way. They're the only worthy existing faction to support.

Speaking of hit squads, my first encounter with a ranger hit squad was pretty fun on my current Legion run.

I had gotten all the way to the mission where I have to go kill the NCR President so I fast traveled to a spot near the Dam. Right on cue a bunch of veteran rangers and heavy troopers run and tell me the NCR wants me dead and I have 3 days blah blah blah. I tell the ranger lady to go die and hit her in the face with a chainsaw, quickly killing her and her team.

Maybe next time the assholes will leave me alone

When I did that quest I thought it was a major pain having to avoid getting close to damn near everybody just to kill the president. I took the easy way out and set up the gun to shoot down his vertibird before it even lands.

Then I made the stupid mistake of sticking around only to then be attacked. What a hell that was.

Crocker, Kimball, Moore, and just about every other member of the NCR fill me with an intense loathing. (Except for Betsy and 10 of Spades)

House has an ego, no doubt about that. But I find his motivations, backstory, an general character to be far more interesting.

It doesn't help that House rewards you for loyalty. Quite heavily, infact. Much better than a worthless medal imo. Other than getting whatever material things you wish for, you also become Vice-Dictator to a city-state.
