"The NCR has power armor too" isn't the same as "The NCR's whole fucking army is composed of men and women in power armor."

Doesn't matter, the NCR has superior numbers. They don't even have enough power armor for their entire army, nor do they need it. This isn't the highly advanced U.S. Army going up against the PLA. The NCR doesn't even need energy weapons or power armor to defeat the BoS, but it's clear they aren't above using either. The NCR has armor-piercing rounds, anti-material rifles, and I'm sure they can just as easily use pulse grenades or mines and probably did use them against the Brotherhood before. Power armor doesn't mean dick when you can disable or pierce through it.

They need power armor, they have ways to beat it, all I was saying is the BoS and Enclave aren't the only ones with power armor.

Kek. What happened to the Capital Wasteland power armors? Did they run on batteries too or did the BoS ditch them for a downgrade?

Of course. I was just comparing. The majority of the soldiers of the BoS are power armored, while the NCR treats power armor as a specialty weapon.

Doesn't matter, the NCR has superior numbers. They don't even have enough power armor for their entire army, nor do they need it. This isn't the highly advanced U.S. Army going up against the PLA. This whole paragraph is irrelevant to what I was arguing about tho.

Also the NCR is a bloated and inefficient failure, which is going to starve within twenty years, unless they manage to get the technology from Vault 22.

So whether the Legion wins or not, the NCR dies from mass food riots and secession.

I think it's stated somewhere that Maxson's brotherhood secured a factory where they can build power armor and vertibirds outside the Commonwealth.

I think that's one thing Caesar got right.

By banning modern medicine in the Legion and forcing the use of survivalist healing, he's made a society that functions on less.

He also turned a rather nasty and Mad Max-esque area of the post-war U.S into an orderly and productive province of the Legion.

I mean west of the Colorado.

If the Shi still exist they are only a city state.
And the Legion isn't exactly the most stable society either.

To be fair, even he understands that the Legion as it is now is just a nomadic army.

*amidst all of the hatred for the legion, here i am to post this:*

If you'd look at a place at Arizona, you'd see the Roman Empire he is trying to create. Before Caesar, the area was comparable to the Capital Wasteland, without the charitable technophiles. You couldn't even trade with a town a few miles up the road before his army marched in, and pacified the tribes. He established somewhat of a trade network in the area, just look at people like Dale Barton. They trade fairly with traders, as long as you don't sell anything "degenerate", and peacefully lord over their lands. Although other than that, the Legion will probably fall apart as soon as Caesar kicks the bucket, and those areas under their rule will probably collapse into anarchy for a couple of years. Atleast until NCR move in. It's all doomed to fail, unless Lanius decides to bump up his INT stat.
