I go there and there are literally 5-6 super mutant brutes with miniguns. I had to use the Fat Man to take them down, and it ended up killing the settlers in the process.
When I report back to Garvey, he tells me to go help out at one of our settlements. It's a kidnapping, and they send me out to a base full of high-level gunners with assaultrons.
