They have some great stuff. Panopticon, Falls of Rauros and Wodensthrone are awesome, with Vukari, Shroud of Despondency and Waldgefluster being good, too.

It just seems like a dozen black metal albums dropped at once and I wasn't expecting them: Saor's "Guardians", Gherzen's "1917", Jassa's "Lights in the Howling Wilderness", Wędrujący Wiatr's "O turniach, jeziorach i nocnych szlakach", a Selvans and Downfall of Nur collaboration, Axis of Light's "Northern Ascendancy"...

Yeah I've been following Bindrune for about 2 years now but there's still so much music on their label that I have yet to check out.

One of the riffs in that first song reminds me of one of the songs off of Avenged Sevenfold's Sounding the Seventh Trumpet. Overall this is pretty enjoyable.

Apparently early Avenged Sevenfold is rare to come across now. Cannot find anything off of Sounding the Seventh Trumpet that isn't either a cover or a really really bad upload.

Makes me feel like the fact that I own Sounding the Seventh Trumpet is something to brag about.

It's actually a pretty good metalcore album. I own several of the songs from buying them on iTunes back in like 2011. I had no idea A7X's label was tightening up on it now.

Oh, it definitely is! Objectively so. I actually still love Waking The Fallen tbh. Remenissions, Second Heartbeat, Chapter Four... Probably the best thing A7X did.

Sounding the Seventh Trumpet was great debut album, but their masterpiece was Waking the Fallen.

After that, City of Evil was meh, personally I didn't like it, and past that they lost their purpose.

I actually really like City of Evil too, but I agree that after that they started going downhill. Though even self-titled and Nightmare have a few worthwhile songs. Afterlife, Brompton Cocktail, A Little Piece of Heaven (LOL), Welcome To The Family, Natural-Born Killer...
