Peaceville is always good with dark metal and honestly both Nuclear Blast and Metal Blade release very solid stuff every single year. But one does not simply underestimate Osmose Productions.

Osmose Productions used to be significantly more active, or maybe that is just my impression. But yes, quite a few prominent black metal bands were released by that French label.

I used to follow Hypnotic Dirge Records quite actively but it kinda died for me when they largely abandoned the dsbm/funeral doom and went towards death/doom, post metal and experimental direction.

Peaceville is still my favorite when it comes to an overall list of bands and albums on their roster. Early Opeth, early Cradle of Filth, early Behemoth, early At the Gates, everything My Dying Bride, Darkthrone, Autopsy, Bloodbath, and Katatonia have done.
