Now that you say that, I think maybe I remember hearing that before.
Bike riding episode, no. But there have been bike riding scenes a few times on some hill somewhere, where Ryan is trying to learn how to ride a bike to beat his dyspraxia. This is actually the first scene we see Grace, Graham, and Ryan in as Grace has been helping her grandson with this challenge. It's also the last scene we see Graham and Ryan in - IIRC - after they've left the Doctor and Ryan is still trying to beat his dyspraxia in Grace's honor.
Ah, that'll be it.
Anyway... I watched Venom earlier and the way he was running at one point reminded us a bit of the Future Predators from Primeval, which ended up bringing me to this interview:
“[Doctor Who] was a juggernaut at the time, it was a behemoth. We were competitive, of course we were, but I just wanted to do well,” says Hodges. “If we could’ve beaten them that would’ve been great, but that was never really our goal particularly. It was too big a show at that point, it had too much publicity. And Russell T Davies was doing really well with that show at the time, it was brilliantly written. I felt [Doctor Who] was a great show at the time – I think [Primeval would] have a better chance today, let’s put it that way.”

(not really though, just thought it was interesting)
(EDIT: actually, maybe the subreddit I found that on is trying to start some... "Virgin Doctor Who vs Chad Primeval"... clear criticism of Chibnall!Who.)

I'm a NuWho heathen, so I have a slightly smaller sample base to work with.

Hurt ranks in between Tennant and Eccleston, and Martin is one spot beneath him.
I am also a NuWho heathen but I have a very different list:
1. Tennant
2. Eccleston
3. Capaldi in his last series
4. Smith
5. Capaldi in his first two
6. Whittaker
Both 5 and 6 literally made me stop watching the show. Obviously I stomached Capaldi and Clara for longer.
Actually, it'd make more sense as a tier
1. Tennant
2. Eccleston and late Capaldi
3. Smith
4.
5. Capaldi
6. Whittaker
(I have seen some episodes from the original run... mostly Pertwee as I recall.)
