Is that Mark Gatiss playing the Brigadier? I'm not sure who his character is supposed to be.

It's very close between Christmas Carol and Husbands. Both are quite good, but Husbands narrowly edges out.

Honestly, I like all of the Christmas specials. The one I dislike the most is The Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe. Don't have too many good things to say about it.

End Of Time is still my favorite Doctor ending episode...course I've only seen 5 (Caves of Androzani, the TV movie, and all modern Doctor's) so it's a small pool. But still.
