Just HOW did they do the "All the Doctors" scene in Day of the Doctor?

Did they use existing footage of everyone?

(Also the seemingly combined theme at the end was AWESOME!)

They used footage and voices they already had on hand, and combined it into the scene. Plus Capaldi's attack eyebrows.
