His character is a perfectly nice person in Miranda. Granted, that show had an essence of eau du fromage, but I kind of liked it.

Kris Marshall would be a terrible Doctor and would help to kill the show with his blandness. At this point as long as it's not him, I'll be happy.

My top choice for a female Doctor is still Hayley Atwell, and my top choice for a male Doctor is David Harewood.

There are plenty of actors I'd be happy with or accept in the role, but those two would be my preferred Thirteen, although I doubt either will happen. I'm really hoping they go in a different, more diverse direction this time around.

If anything, it's the teaser for the next one that's got me surprised.

It was a pretty good episode, much better than Extremis, imo. That whole consent thing was a bit, well, iffy, though. Also, the ending sort of annoyed me.

That was really solid. I was worried, I saw a YouTuber I like complaining that it was terrible on Twitter earlier, so I guess I'll have to reevaluate my opinion of him. But that was really solid, I just hope next week can match the build-up.
