You do not play EU4 to be a good leader poor Altito... you play EU4... for something far greater.. for the glory... of spanning across the world, from sea to shining sea... one realm... one glorious realm...
Being a good leader does not enter into it, it is not important, all that matters is that finally, after years of conquest and war... all bow before you... and submit in one fashion or another.
Or you sit back as a small German state raking in the moneys nonstop from the awesome advancements, that's good too.
Actually its pretty much anything except being a good leader, damn it man we sent out a memo.

Did you read the definition of "good leader" I posted? I posted I'm being good leader and all since I send Ottomans to pierce through the heart of Europe, attacking Austria and Italian states in the process. It means I also want to spread religion to Europe. Glory to Islam in EU4.

I wish that I had put more money into CK2 DLCs than I did in EU4 DLCs... I love EU4, but I love CK2 so much more. Few truly understand any Paradox game, few like King Huskar.

Yes, there is nothing more powerful, more glorious, more awesome than see the Great Ming, formerly the only great power the world had ever known, crumble beneath the heels of the Celtic Nation.

And the next dev diary is about the estates, now that I'm looking forward to. Keeping the peasants, burghers, priests and nobility happy and occupied fighting eachother.

So let's assume I split the Polish-Lithuanian friendship, and also give Sweden-Lithuania a minor defeat....
I don't think that the Livonians having access should grant it to the Muscovites. Now, would Lithuania seeing Muscovy as a rival but not vice-versa ensure that they don't give them access?
EDIT: Wait a sec..... If the answer to that last question is positive then I actually can declare on the TO right now.... Lithuania considers Muscovy a rival, so does Novgorod. /EDIT
God damn it, my knowledge is screwy here. I went into EUIV to make sure of some things and junior partners do give access through third parties. France (me), allied to Spain, Spain has access with Burgundy, which means I have access through Burgundy. New tactics required.
. . . what about the Livonian Order? Do they have any other allies?
If not . . . it's a little bonkers to go this out of the way to find a way into war with the Teutons, but consider placing an embargo on them in the hopes that they'll embargo you in return. Revoke your embargo if they do that and hope they don't retract their's as well. Justify a trade conflict on them (need to have merchant in a node where you have at least 10% trade power AND the Livonian Order has 20% trade power) and BAM, you got yourself a war with Livonia and the Teutons.
I will go to the ends of the Earth to The Jonathanian States form Prussia!

Teutons, Novgorod (through whom they were at war with Muscovy and I'd expect will be once more, once the truce expires), Hanseatic League. Theoretically I could beat all of those. It's them as a group that gets problematic. If not . . . it's a little bonkers to go this out of the way to find a way into war with the Teutons, but consider placing an embargo on them in the hopes that they'll embargo you in return. Mhm..... Unless I pick of Novgorod and the Hansa, or at least one of them, that is way too likely to get back at me. But nice try, I definitely did not think of that.I will go to the ends of the Earth to The Jonathanian States form Prussia!

Unusual amount of allies for Livonia. Dang. Well, at this point, I can't think of anything else other than simply suggest patience and waiting for an opening. That's a serious wall of alliances in the east, something has to fail eventually.
