This is a glimpse as to what happened to Austria in my campaign as France. Shattered and broken, torn to pieces and left to suffer in humiliation, for they could not stop me, they could not stop GLORY

Not all of my screenshots work as i lost most of them, so instead gaze upon this glorious map of when i left off from those days of yore, those glorious days.

France Endured, all over Austria's face then gave it a good kicking whilst it was at it.

I have to do this again soon, it was fun.

I've already played as Castile/Spain, France, Ottomans, Mamluks, Timuirds, Muscovy/Russia, Ming, Venice, Hungary, and Sweden before. What country should I be?

I assemble a massive frigate fleet to blockade France's navy and trap it. That is going well, thankfully. There is a massive group of men on the France/Papal States border. Note that the Papal States is a ally of France. I gain more allies, and fortunately, as of now, France's only ally is the Papal States, which I have a doom-stack reserved for. Meanwhile, I have many of the powers in my list of allies, including the various bits that still remain of the HRE, Prussia, and surprisingly, Sweden. Belgium is also a ally. As of now, it seems that France will loose this war.

I'm pretty sure Ol' Boney is dead. Unless you are talking about Napoleon III. And it won't happen. If it happened the entire world would stop to fight France.

Gonna start a game in CK2 in the British Isles in the 796 start. My question: Scottish/Pictish, Irish, Welsh, Cornish(which is listed as Breton in-game, prob for simplicity), or Anglo-Saxon?


Generally I choose the nations I play because I really want to play a certain way(and really I'm just looking for a game right now), or because I have X ancestry(which is not useful in this case because I have ancestors from every culture listed except Cornish). So... I have no clue which. Pls help.

But, I'm also leaning mildly towards Pictish->Scottish because muh ancestry and Scotland and Alba gu brath and whatnot, and I'm also leaning towards Welsh because why the fuck shouldn't I put long confusing w-filled words all over the Isles.
