So I ran around as a soldier woman shooting my zombified peers with NERF darts. It was a good day.

I was in a witch costume and chased random people around with my broom. Afterwards, I went home to watch a movie. Yeah, it was pretty awesome.

Does anyone mind if this thread continues? I'll be working on British Horror films at college until christmas at least.

I found out the original mona the vampire books were British yesterday. :)
Although the fact she gives up her Vampire Persona at the end of the Original novel will probably cause tons of British Noughties and late Nineties kids to react in one or more of the following ways

Even though I've gone back to my classic flag, I'll still post on here. At least Toku Heroes fight monsters, that's pretty halloweeny. :)

Yesterday, I just figured out why so many vampiresses in Cartoons have names that start with M (Marceline from adventure time, Martha and Mavis from hotel Transylvania, Mona from Mona the vampire)- it's a reference to Dracula! In the books and the films, there is a character called Mina Harker
who temporarily becomes a vampire.
Mona's name is definitely a reference, as her full name is Mona Parker, each of her names has one letter changed from Mina's (I to O and H to P). Marceline's name is derived from Pendelton Ward's friend Marie and may be a partial anagram of Camarilla as well, but Mina's name may have been an influence.

It's perpetually too early for stupid words like that.

If you want a dose of horror before Christmas, how about demons? How about Krampusnacht?

I don't like the "spoopy" meme.

Also, looking at the title, the thread topic has apparently been generalised to horror.

I don't like chopped liver. People like certain memes so, eh. No harm here.

As for horror, Christmas is on the way and every store in the US is playing carols non-stop. That is horrific enough.

I did that because horror and halloween are so strongly associated, and so we don't look so weird to normies. :P
