Here's the wiki entry, probably better explains than I could

They've been hinting at it more and more over the years. Leona's Eclipse skins had some pretty suggestive lines, and their interactions in LoR definitely give off a lovers vibe:

Well, Sylas isn't even in Demacia anymore. Last I remember, he's way out in The Freljord.

Interesting my plan to get S is usually with high CS and high damage to objectives/towers stats paired with low deaths
