I have to say... I am very tilted out right now and I think it's time to take a very very long extended break from the game.

I mean, when the game capriciously decides to just give you 6-7 really really bad games in a row. I don't even mind losing but it's HOW you lose.

The last game... YIKES.

I get low and I see Kayn so I think "okay, this is bad but I guess I'll just run behind the Tier 1, 2, and 3 towers and then start my Back animation." Nope, apparently he can still reach and kill me here. Amazing design. Something about going through walls...

For the rest of the game, a monstrosity of a Top Lane Lee Sin smurfer (1-2 levels higher at all points in the game from another lane) moves all over the map and kills everyone in 1-2 seconds armed with Mythic and Legendary Items 2021, hopping around and kicking everyone around backed by Seraphine Ultimate Heal and Shield Spam.

I think a "bad game" in 2021 is so much worse than a "bad game" in earlier seasons. They've released too many irresponsible champion designs and mechanics into the game now...

Yeah, it's a little cancerous right now. I actually went back to draft for a bit. That's how annoying ranked can get.

I’ve renamed to AOT Zeke Yeager.

I think Vladimir gives me more of a Zeke vibe (as opposed to Eren). He seems more like a cynical strategist type.

Eren (with his fiery temperament) is a better fit for something like Tryndamere. I feel like Vladimir is more like a Zeke...

I’ve just realized how much time has passed since I started the game. Years ago I had most of the Vladimir skins... now I have less than 50 percent. They’ve released so many new ones wow...

I agree with some of the reactions I have seen saying that they rather wasted the 'doll' aspect of the character to once again throw all of their eggs in the 'cute girl' basket. I do like the design and aesthetic overall, but weep for the missed opportunities.

I have 5 kills, Yi has tons of kills and he has a Yumi attached. Fine, let's just kill Yi later on in team fights.

Me vs Master Yi + Yumi.

Round 1: I go up and Ult him, he immediately Alpha Strikes and dodges... then kills me

Round 2: I go up and wait 2 seconds before Ulting to bait Alpha, he somehow knew I was going to do that so he Alpha Strikes at the right time again, kills me

Round 3: I wait for him to fight someone else... and then go up and Ult. Ult hits, Yumi speeds him up so he gets out of combat and then re-enters when the Ult wears off... proceeds to kills me.

Round 4: Well... there's no Round 4, at this time point morale has plummeted to the point where it's just them 5 vs 1-3 and taking everything until GG.

Is Maokai the God of ARAM?

I got him 6 times somehow (not back to back but over 20 games, sometimes with trades) and EVERY TIME he crushes

His R is probably wider than the map tbf
I think a lot of champs with abilities that can take advantage of the limited space are pretty good in ARAM.

Edit: I imagine it also groups teams together more, so he gets more use out of his passive heal.

I get him/trade for him very often and so far I’ve rarely lost on him. You can spam E sapplings into the bush if you get the mama regen summoner spell. I just build full tank starting with sunfire and then he can control teamfights like crazy

Got to try Gwen a few times. She's fun. I didn't do great, because both games I had to fight a Goddamn CC having tank which just counters her like mad. But I like her.

...Turns out she's AP. I assumed she was AD. Probably explains why I wasn't doing so great.

So with this new skin line, we got a human Xerath skin...unfortunately, it still has the same animations as his base skin. And the result is...not great.
