I was playing Norms today, someone saw my Vladimir champion points (over 1 million) and said “we never had a chance to win because we’re VS a No Life Vlad player.”

Fair comment I guess... I mean I have been playing him obsessively since college.

Have you seen her lore? She had special hearing powers, and through them discovered that Hextech Crystals still possessed sentience from when they were Brackern. So, because she was an empathetic and kind person... she decided to use them to power an amplifier to her hearing and voice so she could sing at Piltover and Zaun until they stopped disliking each other.

She does give the impression of a champ that started with corporate telling them "make another KDA" member, rather than just being thought up organically.

I wish there was an easier way to get the champs I want in ARAM

He was Sett.

What followed was 15 minutes of trading. Neither of us apparently wanted to recall. I'm Vlad so I just keep healing it back, he's Sett with a Doran's Shield so he regens. I don't recall until nearly 15 after he finally gets frustrated and makes a bad dive.

Then they FF because bot got wrecked. Most boring game I've ever played.

Yeah his power is overwhelmingly focused on the late game. Sometimes it just doesn’t happen

I played a 23 min Ziggs ARAM yesterday, it was really fun and felt like a real siege/artillery campaign.

I'm making a new account to try and maximize the chances of getting Vladimir and Jhin in ARAM.

However, does the game KNOW that on my main I have a much higher MMR? Cause it looks like Q timers are really long despite it saying 0:33 secs Q time.

Didn't they implement smurf dectection and separate smurf queues recently? Maybe you've been flagged

I've heard it's doing a good job at picking up smurfs, but there's also a few people moaning about being false positives, so could be they've got it on high and are willing to get a few false positives than false negatives.

It's so fun getting an inting bot lane, and not being able to do anything because they're part of a 4 man. So my report meant jack diddly.

Sometimes you get teams like that. I have had a situation like that where I was playing as a Support, ended 6/1/19 and still got relentlessly flamed for being 'useless' and at the same time accused of 'killstealing' by four clown chums.

They probably only left Support open because they thought it was a 'lame' role.

I only play norms now and I can’t clear high Silver this season so probably an opponent on some secondary/tertiary pick in the Silver range. But yeah I think it’s less I did well then I got lucky and he messed up.

1. He did a strange brief double back after Flash and before Ulting (there was nothing to juke so it must be a misclick and it may literally have cost the kill because that split second may change whether I reach blast plant or not)

2. I tried to pool Ult but actually failed the timing just slightly.

3. When he Ults, he should expect that I will pool, which means that he should hold WEQ until after he’s seen the pool and just as I’m coming out of it for the kill. He can’t reasonably expect to hit several buttons faster than I can hit one, this is not Mission Impossible (where the villain can’t pull the trigger before Tom Cruise can knock a gun out of the sand, spin around, grab the flying gun, and shoot the villain down).

4. The blast plant thing was just strange... I don’t want to be hard on it because let’s be serious here, who has had practice leading targets when they’re jumping on the blast cone? It’s such a rare situation he’s unlikely to have had much practice so even if he had tried to anticipate the jump in the split second and lead the target, he could have missed. Heck, when I hit the cone I was even that sure which direction it would jump.

I like the look and feel of the map. The color scheme was good.

The flash engage, momentary backpedal, and blowing his entire combo while Vlad pooled was a huge misplay on his part. But then again, maybe he should've stuck with the meta and played an actual jungle champ.

Now imagine if I outplayed myself by holding pool after he Ults because I think:

“Even if I Pool and dodge his R... I’ve only got 1/3 health so he’d be smart, hold his WEQ + W + AA, and throw it after I come out of Pool and he wouldn’t miss. ... So better Pool just a bit late to acc- BOOM”
