The game itself can play.Or use TGP .It is own by Tencent.I used to play on Korean servers for some time.You can play servers in Taiwan or US.If use mainland server the ping will very high.And the domestic servers are divided according to your broadband operators，if not Corresponding network service provider ping will be high.
Even if you still want to try, you can download it through this link.Roit business in China is run by Tencent, its parent company

I play except Anivia and Tryndamere.I always wanted to play Yasuo, but I always lose.I love Zyra and Poppy best.But I love the old Poppy more,the wave damage of the old version is abnormally high.

Yeah, lot of people unhappy about that one. From the last patch they've still got an eye on it.

Big man Mundo is slated for a rework. Frankly he should have got it already. I know I voted for him in that poll.

Just tried him out actually. The haven't quite got a hand of the spell combo yet.
You're right in that in essense he doesn't feel that much different, but the new effects certainly feel cool.

Siphon Power (Q)
auto attack AP ratio increased from 55% to 60%
shield AP ratio increased from 15% to 20%
empowered shield AP ratio increased from 24% to 32%

...

This in addition to the resets they are adding to Ghost is going to make Viktor so strong...

I'm trying to play my way up but this season, high Silver just seems so hard compared to before.

Iron got added with Grandmaster on the other end of the scale. They also got rid of the 5 rank, so it goes Iron 4 - Iron1 - Bronze 4 - Bronze 1 etc.
I don't play ranked, so I can't tell you exactly how it works, but it stands to reason there going to be some shuffling about of personal rankings.

I got to Silver II promos twice now and lost

Hard stuck at 70ish LP of SIII

This is so terrible...

I went for about 12-14 games this weekend, it just swings around the 70 mark with no gains lol
