We were just going to straight out lose at about 20 mins which would have been an acceptable outcome but then my Twitch hit the 3 items and began to kill them all over and over and over.

However, the team CANNOT PUSH or organise itself no matter what and literally all the team's damage was on my (moderately to poorly piloted) ADC. So its just 15 mins of random fighting and our team desperately throwing them back at the very near edge of military defeat.

Only for the inevitable to happen anyways.

It was only going to be a matter of time before the high elo players on their team got together and said "hey let's just set up a trap and focus the Twitch since he's forced to commit or enter in a delayed engagement every time we pick out the Zed/Xin Zhao." And that's what happened.

One person got Ash-arrowed by the ennemy 40 mins into the game. The fight broke out. I tried to enter a few seconds later but Lee was waiting and then he did some wacky ward hop thing that his team set up and zoned/killed me from the fight with the help of another player.

Is it just me or does Vel Koz "Support" seem to do a ton of damage?

I just played a Leblanc game where for whatever reason, a full AP Vel support was the greatest damage threat on their team. He deals an absurd 40 K damage in a 30ish minute game

Poke champ building damage in a 2v2 lane. Sounds about right to me.
He's got some pretty good guaranteed damage in a fight as well, particularly with his ult.

He's got some pretty good guaranteed damage in a fight as well, particularly with his ult.

I mean... I know I had no MR but I was at least 1 level over him and then he dropped a couple of spells on me and I had to run away from the fight with close to literally 1 HP.

I was like... "WOW this player is not messing around"

I mean, I don’t blame you for now building MR against that comp, tbf. But it’s still probably didn’t help.
Honestly it looks like the Vel’Koz stepped up into the carry position there. Both their jungles and AD we’re getting the shit kicked out of them. Up in deaths, down in CS. The Vel’koz ended up with 2k more gold than any of their teammates.
I’d wouldn't call that a support.

Also, for whatever reason, my CS always plummets on this champion.

Notice the 60ish CS differential with the CS leaders. I guarantee you if I had Viktor or Vladimir there would be at least be 40 more CS. For some reason its really hard to keep up this CS race on this champion.

I think she just had worse waveclear. Your best option is your W, which can only realistically hit either casters or melee minions with a pretty long cooldown, unless you’re willing to use R. Not to mention it’s something you kinda want to hold onto for escapes or engages.

Viktor has his E which is a great waveclear tool, and Vladimir has his E which is also pretty good. Able to hit the whole wave with good positioning, and a super short cool down at later ranks. More so with good CDR.

I got Vel’Koz just last night on aram. I’m pretty good at vel my self and this shit ridiculous. Many times all I did was land 2-3 Qs on a carry and suddenly they’re on like less than a third health. I dealt more damage than anyone else in the game including a MF and trist in the enemy team. The kiting of melees was ridiculous because I just qe and they are five miles behind me, slowed, and half health.

Oh, this game likes to fuck with me. I bought Yorick yesterday cause after opening a chest and a champion capsule, I had 6100. Which of course is just short of the most expensive champs. I could have waited a few days for my first win reward to get me there, but I wanted a new champ now.

I log in today and what do I see? One of those watch missions that gives me 250 essence...fucking game.

I've had this game for 6 years, and just now found out I can pick the champ picture on my profile page...
