Better viewing range, which is particularly useful on champions with long range, like Xerath.
For me it also helps discourage tunnelvisioning on myself alone. Map awareness is key, afterall.

I always play on non-locked.

I feel like locked is too rigid to play with.

Viktor's late game feels even stronger with the Q shield buffs. It makes no difference early game but once you have Hex3 and Lich... your 1 vs 1 is now so powerful. I don't really feel the Ult CDR buff but its still something.

Also, with the next patch they are changing the AP items. With the increased costs to Lost Chapter, Viktor's comparative weaknesses with having a first back of 1250 will be lessened (though not eliminated). There will also be a possibility of re-incorporating Rylais or Luddens into the build.

Still hoping for that 1 second shave off the Death Ray CDR that they proposed then scrapped...

Its looking like the good times may finally be coming for the Machine Herald...

Every time I lane against a Mastery Level 5+ Yasuo with my Mastery Level 4 Riven main. Its just mind games, and hoping the jungler isn’t an afk farmer that can’t gank. And then, either I or the Yasuo snowball. 65% of the time its the Yasuo.

About time too, I remember a few years ago where she could melt entire teams if she wasn't shutdown with cc.

I saw someone in the NALCS pick her and get a penta, but I think it was probably a one off.

He costs 4800 BE. Anything above 1350 feels like a bit of a grind for me.

With the shard he will cost 2800ish which is more manageable (I'm a few hundred BE away).

I had to POOL my resources, take all of my shards and mix them together for BE... now I have no more shards. What a DRAINING experience.

I often did, but I prefer ignite to counter the bs that is lifesteal.

So apparently they released the buff for Veigar, the one that causes his W, the meteor, get 10% CDR for every 50 stacks you have.
I just tried it out. It's retarded. 1500 AoE damage, every 2.3 seconds. 18/0/18.

Funny thing is, I didn't even plan on playing him, I wanted to practice jungling but a damn bamboozler instalocked Kha'zix and forced me to go bot.
He fed and flamed all game, it was wonderful. So satisfying to watch them struggle to keep up or to simply survive.

But yeah, I predict this buff won't last long,
