Yeah a lot of recent lore just comes off as lazy.

IIRC they did get rid of a good chunk of their writing team, which is why they got rid of the newspaper. The old lores felt more fleshed out.

the old journals of justice were actually trash even if funny, you had stuff like Nidalee dating some random summoner and Blitzcrank dating services in those journals, makes the game seem like a cartoon

also, the old lores were very lazy, nostalgia aside. varus was one of the fifty billion other champions who had a family member or close one die and are now pushed to do something. and the new lores are just a short summary for the client, while the journals were never even on the client. can't even compare the two, lol

Are you like legit expecting a fully-fleshed out lore like World of Warcraft? The game is a standalone game, if you want a legitimate lore champions are gonna be dying and Riot's gonna need to add a campaign mode. The game isn't meant for a fluid lore.

Dunno, some champions had much better lore than they do now.

Besides I prefer some goofy journals to the game taking itself too serious.

I read somewhere from a Rioter they made it easier to level up as you go higher. Can't confirm though.

My ass it does. I been leveling up progressively slower since I hit that damn 100 decrease. If the shit goes down to 300, it's gonna take me forever to hit next level.

How would it go faster past level 30? Unless everything past then is a fixed amount like in Overwatch or something.

Because holy crap is the levelling slow post-30, and 90 BE every 10 games is atrocious. I know there's champion shards, but those don't seem to add much more since some of them are worth about 90 as well. If the levelling gets even slower, getting nothing out of the capsules is going to be an even less meaningful experience.

Good thing I have almost all the champs I want and 24k BE, so it's not really that bad. Rest in peace my level 21 friend who had almost none of the old runes and wants to be a flexible player.

Kog is just pressin W and right clicking the enemy. At least, that's the basics.

I've heard his Attack Speed can get so high it can be very hard to kite/attack move at near full build...

Towards late game it becomes a constant stream of damage that literally melts enemies.
They did nerf it a bit though.

I tried playing one game but it didn't turn out too well. Enemy Vladimir and Tryndamere were too fed and they kept diving me. I dealt the second highest damage but it didn't do that much for us and we lost...

I think I better stick to the new holy trinity of Ashe, Miss Fortune, and Twitch.

Won 4 vs 5. Leona AFK-ed but their Ezreal and Zed were bad enough that we won anyways.

Poor Zed though... it was hard enough to kill my Viktor before Season 8 but now I've got a Stopwatch AND a Zhonyas plus a infinite mana for laning from Mana Band. Its just overkill...

An MF who couldn't avoid a Naut hook to save her life.
A whiny Akali who blamed everyone (And once even her keyboard) for her mediocrity.
And a Kayn who just skipped his knife enchantment.

The only half-competent person on that team was Trundle.

I mean this is way better... he unlocked the shadow powers so that he has a chance to defeat the invading Noxians. He will do anything to restore justice and order to the nation, even if it means tons of people have to be killed.

This is way better...

Its time to go back to practicing more Zed (even though he sucks in the meta). Every time you go split pushing now you can imagine Zed waging guerrilla warfare against the invaders.

I like this new anti hero Zed.

There was this Heimerdinger right in front of us, and in range, and low on health, and has quite the bounty already(400G), and my teammates decide to, "Eh, let's not kill him", and proceed to feed themselves to the enemy.
