I feel it’s fair because he inherently has less than Naut and Leona (both of them can do what he does plus coming with heavier cc and engage).

And he has to continuously play this “how do I keep tricking people to get hooked” over and over and over

It’s a lot of mental work and mind games

You can’t “force plays” with a powerful engage R.

I’m still sticking to Naut for now

I've seen some of the videos, you can do some super cheesy buff steals with that extra 100

Any theories on why this game (which I had heard a while back was among the world’s most popular games) is seemingly only played by a very very limited group here on NS?

Is there some sort of self selection bias? Something about nS draws people less drawn to League?

Has League declined? Or is this a self selection bias?

You just gotta get her standard combo down. E-W-Q-Ignite. Build some burst items like Luden's and Void Staff.

Field testing for the Phase Rush Vladimir has been a success.

The 5% CDR from Inspiration secondary makes a huge difference, and I'm starting to get used to the MS boosts. It's really very very good.

I find Phase Rush a stupid rune myself.

but its been the "meta keystone" for Vlad for some time

I tried it months ago, didn't like it, and stuck to Electrocute

but now it seems quite nice on a second run (I wanted to see what all the fuss was about)

you have tons of sticking power/MS to chase down targets and re-position (plus you can get 45% CDR late)

She's a burst mage, so play her like an assassin. Get in, blow your cooldowns, and get out. Don't try for extended trades.
