Completely unrelated: You know you're a seasoned player when you go 0/1/11 as Taric and proceed to lose the game due to a weak top lane. An interesting turn of events, as with the Assassin Update it's more meta to have the ADC pull up this insane death count from getting ganked by the jungler...

Its too bad they nerfed Rylais but seeing that ticking Chaos Storm move and apply slows to the enemy team is so satisfying... it looks so cool

the only thing that annoys me is the build order; i prefer the traditional "purple" build (morello > Ludens > Rabadon/Void) that works on most mages but because of Perfect Hex and the need to fit CDR while fitting an early Rylais somewhere, Vik can't do that build

So how do I combo properly with Ezreal (including auto attacks)?

Is there an ability sequence for kiting?

Does Q reset autos or not? You have to time it between the autos without resets?

I'm thinking of practicing him in normals since I am not having a good time with any other ADC besides MF (and I need a back up ADC in case she gets nerfed or picked). I tried playing Ashe but just can't seem to do enough damage under 30 mins; also, the lack of mobility (not so much for escape but for engaging and getting to fights in time) is really frustrating considering I am used to Miss Fortune's speed boosts.

From what I remember, his Q reduced the cooldown of his other abilities by one second if you land the shot. Makes it good for shredding people from a distance because it also procs on-hit stuff like ruined king or iceborn gauntlet slow. As for autos, I'm pretty sure it's easy to chain them together with your Q's. If you're scared to get too close don't be afraid to poke people down with the Q beforehand, but don't underestimate his autos either.

If you're going AD it's usually best to avoid using his W most of the time and just stick to the Q and auto combo. As for his E, obviously it's best to be careful when using it since it's practically a second flash. Save it for escapes unless you're sure you're in a safe position to use it offensively of course.

I really don't like the kits/playstyles of reasonable-tier champs

I played her adc and only tried her AP mid one time. I got a bad matchup (can't remember who it was) and never did it again

Once, I managed to completely over-tilt a friend in a 1v1, jinx vs tristana, so much that he dedicated a weekend to finding out how to counter her as jinx back when we both lv 20.

By the way, I'm wondering what masteries and runes make the most sense. I'm specifically debating whether to run AS or AD Quints and whether or not I can get away with AS blues instead of MR blues (kind of risky but I can dodge pretty well).

I've noticed that Probuild seems to favour AS Quints. While this helps with weaving autos its also a bit clunky that Q doesn't benefit from it (but would benefit hugely from extra AD at the start).

Also, thus far, when I play him, its either my team stomped (in which case I don't get to contribute because Mid or Top has already stomped and the enemy will FF before I can even finish charging my Muramane) or the enemy team stomped (double lane collapse or 4 man bot lane dive... then I just spend the rest of the game poking because they have some fed assassin somewhere).

I've yet to get to the late game. Is this what playing ADC looks like???

Nah man get that lethality going. (I took AS quints when I played Ez, although I'm thinking now that lethality could work due to dependence on abilities...)

I swear to God there's literally nothing I can do anymore.

Etc, except with the addition of your botlane complaining when you didn't gank them at 2min when they went all-in without pinging.

When I played jhin for a while in ranked, it was all about "stall till late game k, then wel'l rek." Top lane feeds a juggernaut such as darius, fiora, etc. Team can't touch them so my 4th shot, which is meant to help deal with tanks, can't do anything.

I've been playing draven recently. Lane's a stalemate, so I build up 250 stacks of adoration. Support disappears soon after to go help a winning lane for some reason and I get 3 man towerdived before I can recall or even run out of there because there's always a hook supp (My no.1 ban is blitzcrank as adc.)

I can't do anything as a sustained DPS adc if I get perma cc'd every time I try to help because their juggernaut/mid burst/anti-adc assassin is fed.

Playing adc is annoying, and I feel like I have to play God-Tier adc's otherwise I won't be able to do anything to help.

He is SO DAMN good its almost broken.

Rush to 40% CDR with an armor/MR build and he can tank everything while having a point and click 100% reliable AOE knock up for every single team fight. Plus that hook can singlehandedly win lanes and teamfights.
