Buying a skin is so much simpler than waiting for the unbalanced rating system to give an S-rank out so you can get the fragments. The rating system seems so broken right now. Ran a Morg support, 9-2-15 with a common build, and only got an B.

Rating system is disappointing to say the least, only thing it shows is how much you are willing to spam a champion.


I only play Jayce when URF is around and I've managed to hit level 4 on him. I would be a terrible Jayce in regular play but apparently I've "mastered" him enough to earn an emoticon, lmao

Well, my ''Vlad Protest'' lasted a few days...

I'm back at it again.

I just went into Ranked and somehow going full tank Vlad top with coordinated team works in Bronze (I'm especially benefitting from the fact that they don't dodge my empowered Qs). They all focus Vlad and get wrecked because they think he's the carry while my allies open fire on them. Late game you have this SICK heavily armoured Vlad running around spamming Es and tanking for the team.

And with that I'm back in low Silver though I don't know if I can maintain it since we now depend on a roster of allies on the friend's list.

I'm doing some experiments with a full AP build starting with Rabadon's Deathcap and then switching into CDR to 30% (since Vlad doesn't need mana he can go for it directly and now we don't need WOTA since its gone) and damage output has gone up dramatically. With the build I can land a lot more empowered Qs into the late game with the CDR while making sure that at mid game (where wars can be decided) I have tons of AP with my Rabadon.

Still wish they could make Vlad's E more reliable though and return the damage amp on R to 12%, I've been relying on my Ultimate more and more for the nuke and damage amp factor...

When you can get stuff for free in the game, it's pointless. I even stopped buying skins once Hextech crafting hit. Cause I can get them FOR FREE.

I'm having difficulty fully exploiting the system.

I think its because I only play about 5 champs on a regular basis (mostly Vlad followed by a bit of MF and Annie).

You can't earn more chests unless you get more "S'' rankings with more champs right?

My brother is ABSOLUTELY lethal with Leblanc (he's in Gold) but Riot never touches LB. Watching my brother play, it looks like LB has far more mobility and firepower than Zed (as well as a lot of juke).

Is Zed supposed to be better? No one in my circle really knows how to excel with him...

Zed has no weaknesses now that QSS has been changed, he's strong at every point in the game and there's no real way to punish him.

LeBlanc is oppressive early and in lane, otherwise she isn't as strong.

It's harder to be a successful LeBlanc, and win games with it, than it is to be a successful Zed.

I'm disappointed with the nerfs tbh, as I am a Zed player but he is pretty oppressive. :/

Zed is just broken atm. He's always been ridiculously strong.

Imo the main problem with him is that he's a midlaner that counters pretty much every midlaner.

LB is just easy mode, has always been that.

Pff. You get way too many champions that you either already own or don't want through chests. I think it could be enough after a few months.

I'm on a new account since my main was banned for...eh...toxicity.

Not toxic anymore, but I sometimes need the champion shards.

So URF - the dumbest, stupidest, most cancerous game mode in existence where you do not have enough bans to take away every stupid champ in that needs to be banned. It can be the most infuriatingly awful and stompy game mode when the enemy team somehow picks up Sona, Hec, Zed, Eve, and Malz because whoever was banning was waaaaay to scared of Garen, Udyr, and Lissandra. It sucks and I can say that I completely understand why Rito keeps it on a limited rotation. However, despite all of that, it is still quite possibly the most fun you will have playing this awful, awful game. I felt like getting that out of my system.

Well, I've been able to test a weekend with only 5-man queues since we get more IP if we have larger premades this weekend. I must say I had almost no issues with toxicity and I had a very fun weekend. If this were the norm I'd be the happiest man on earth.

I have a lot of fun anyway. Yes, sometimes the enemy is better, since the game is horribly unbalanced in URF mode, but that didn't change the experience much for me. If I get angry, I just pick an OP champ I main and the problem's solved. Teemo was especially unbeatable.
