the bots are really stupid yeah but they play on zero ping.

Most of the time they don't "notice" the skillshot, idk how to word it, but when they "notice" it they react pretty much instantly and can dodge really well. That goes for them landing spells too. I remember seeing a video where Fiddlesticks bot feared a Rengar while Rengar was ult-jumping him.

Is it common for people on the League boards to complain A LOT after every new patch?

Because right now the storm after 6.9 seem unreal and its only been a few days

Riot's already working on changing on the numbers for Vlad, Cassiopeia, and Mal...

I've been playing the new Vlad, and in most games I'm only able to pull off about 3/5th to 4/5th of the old Vlad's damage on enemy champions...

I still don't know why they're fiddling with everything on Malzahar except the one thing pretty much everyone agrees to be the problem, meaning that Malz will probably be underpowered when they finally get around to nuking it because until it's fixed, he'll continue to be broken.

The problem with new Vlad is that anyone who understands how his kit works can now EASILY avoid most of his damage except in hard engages. This creates a problem where more than half of his damage on paper isn't usable in lane or in team fights against competent opponents for too much of the game.

People simply walk away from your Empowered Qs and everyone can see you approaching them and charging a blood balloon with you E. As a result, you are forced to fight like Old Vlad most of the time (firing quick Es and Qs) but most of what you're hitting is sub-optimal damage.

I faced a Gold Yasuo yesterday and got destroyed in the lane (Old Vlad could have taken him). He basically attacked me whenever my Third Q was off for favourable trades. It got so demoralising that he hit a few more tornadoes than he should, got off an Ignite, and pulled off a 3-0 in the lane against me. With Old Vlad, Yasuo used to be an easy match-up.

Its one thing to introduce ''counterplay,'' its another to create a situation where more than half of a champion's damage on paper isn't usable against enemies who can easily avoid everything.

Malz is quite the opposite atm. He's gotten dumb op, I mean, he's got a free Banshee's that also nearly completely negates incoming damage, that still persists a few secs after taking damage.

What I'm saying is that they're going to nerf Malzahar's abilities and damage and such, ignoring the fact that the problem is his brokenly overpowered passive. They'll eventually hit that because they'll have no choice to fix things up, but once that's changed, all the abilities and damage and et cetera will be still be low and Malzahar will be left in a much weakened state. That's what I'm saying.

It Did lose the 15% bonus damage to champions, however, at max rank. So once it hits max, Less damage than it did before I believe.
