This is a fucking disgrace. I can't even post here because its PBE but its not looking good.

Why did Riot appoint the worst designer to deal with Vlad again? It doesn't look like he has ANY personal investment in my champion at all.

How can you call something a ''rework'' when you're only interested in introducing ''counterplay'' against a champion that is already weak in the Meta and in lowering his overall damage, reliability, and sustain?

He's flat out ignoring the feedback for over 9 days... like what does this guy even DO in his spare time anyways? Is this a full-time paid position? Shouldn't he be testing and running things 24/7 until the next patch is out? I wish I had a job where I could sit around and play League on phantom accounts while occasionally logging in to screw up someone's favourite champ...

The following are 3 champs I don't want on my team because the vast majority of players that play them at my elo seem to really suck at using them... they've gained a bad reputation.

Bard - I've lost the last three games where a Bard was on my team as the support. He is complete trash tier in the hands of most players (and when the player IS good with Bard, he'd probably have carried harder with an actual proper support). He doesn't deal any real damage, his CC is unreliable, and his Ult and Tunnels end up trolling the team more often than not. I've also noticed that for whatever reason people who play Bard tend to try to compensate for his wonky kit by being extremely over-aggressive... often unwisely against a pair that has more firepower than our bot lane. I ping them to CALM THE HELL DOWN because they are going ham against a Brand + Vayne or a Lux + Jinx... but it never deters them. For some reason they think Bard can beat the other side into submission and when it backfires, its the ADC's fault. And then they go roaming for the rest of the game after the harm is done.

Fiddlesticks - I have yet to see a good Fid. He's seriously trash and every single game he's picked on our team, he ends up doing nothing. He can't really Gank pre-6 and when he finally does, it feels underwhelming (at least a Warwick actually CCs and shuts down the dude properly). No one cares if his crows occasionally silence someone. When he walks up to damage people with his Ult, he just gets shot down. And late game, he has absolutely zero presence. Worst still are the players who take Fid into the lane. Oh boy that never ends well...

Jhin - Jhin's passive ''your team has no ADC.'' You'll have games where the whole team provides PERFECT cover for the carries to fire only to realise... ''oh wait, he has to reload every 4th shot and he's got no real damage or DPS.'' His reputation is also further damaged by the fact that a ton of people who play him are only doing so because he's new and they just occasionally play him without having practiced him whatsoever; they have no understanding of his overwhelming weaknesses. In general, he just feels like a Worse-in-every-way version of MF.

Which champs do you not want to see on your team?

Hard to say really. I don't play high level much yet, mostly sticking to bots until I can find a team of champs I like and get good with them.
There are some I've noticed that tend to be played consistently average - good, but there are others that swing from amazing to absolute shit.
Kha'zix, Garen, Annie, Ashe, Yi, Miss Fortune
Mostly the "starter" champs, which makes sense I guess.
Being mostly a Support main atm it's easy to tell from the first couple minutes if I'm going to be struggling to keep them alive.

Then you get games like this one

What were your Assists and CS? Those are important factors aswell. If you got like 20 kills but 0 assists your ranking will be lower, as the right thing to do when you're fed is to feed your team kills.

I need someone to play with me on League due to all of my friends playing DotA 2.
I get off of work at 7:00 and I will get home at like 7:45 (gmt -5, eastern standard time)

I main mid and adc, though I do anything well.
Add me on League (NA) "hi im vito"

Good luck on the Summoners Rift.

After watching a few streams on PBE, I'm starting to feel better about the Vlad rework.

They're not playing him optimally (using tons of Pools offensively and chunking away tons of their own health with E unnecessarily) but they're STILL getting away with tons of plays the old Vlad wouldn't have been able to. It seems that I have greatly underestimated the firepower of this new Tides of Blood...

Just glancing at their HP and how it interacts with the sustain (even though it has been lowered), it seems that I don't really have to alter my safe but opportunistic playing style all that much. If anything, now I might luck out with the empowered Qs and launch sudden attacks with my shotgun E.

It looks like I might not have to hang up the vampire cloak after all...

I really like Hexakill and wish it were a permanent game mode. Its WAY better than 3 vs 3 Twisted Treeline (its awkward with 3 players and the team comps are weird).

Not a big fan of the item restrictions (I think it should be unrestricted, like in Summoner's Rift) and some characters are really overpowered on the map but this is somewhat mitigated by the ban; I think Lux is probably the most overpowered on the map.

Its a lot of fun playing 6 vs 6 in a series of continuous team fights; you really get to shine in games where the two sides are but a few kills apart.

Some people don't like it though... what do you think?

I tried for a few days then I put him away.

I don't know... I find it way too hard to aim the skill shots of his hook. I'm just really bad at it. I end up fighting mostly as a melee champ because of all the missed hooks (he does that decently well with the knock-ups, the silences, and the surprise mana shields but he's not really optimised for that kind of combat).

I hope you have greater luck with him.

The strategic viability is that if you land a hook on a carry in a team fight, your team can Insta-delete him and turn it into a 4 v 5.

Because he doesn't need any items to have an impact on the game. Just land a hook - it straight up wins you a fight if you grab the right person (and your team's around). That, and giving him items doesn't necessarily make him all that much stronger - yes, his damage goes up, but he has no range and his CDs are too long to do much in a teamfight otherwise. Unless you're playing him as a roaming assassin (pull/punch/ult bursting people), he's just fine as a support.

I like seeing all champions on my team, none of them are bad.

besides Yorick, nobody likes you Yorick.
