It's all luck that brought that thing this far, sheer dumb luck. That hammer of Chomp's broke the chain to Biteforce's weapon.

Personally, I think Biteforce was better off with the old design.

Absolutely hate how Nightmare lost the match to Beta, I believe Jim Smentowski would have won by a judge's decision if his bot hadn't flipped. Also, given how funky Beta's wedge design is, Tombstone is going to have a very hard time hitting it. The previews confirmed my suspicions when I caught a brief clip of Tombstone's blade slipping on the wedge upon impact and causing itself to somersault in the air. That is going to be an extremely interesting fight...

Meanwhile, I am going to cheer for Poison Arrow, I hope that bot beats Bombshell and makes its way to the championship. The team leader is a very friendly looking guy. I reeeeeeeeeally don't expect Poison Arrow to beat Minotaur or Bronco though...

Yeah, Tombstone got screwed. Beta couldn't even land a hit.

Well, Minotaur is seemingly unstable when that drum is up to full speed, I feel like that would cause some very bad side effects if flipped by Bronco. This season is too wild for me to make speculations though lol... it might boil down to Yeti and Minotaur or Tombstone and Bronco. For all we know, Chomp and Poison Arrow's luck might carry them to fight each other in the Championships. The remaining bots are really good ones.

Also, in the match with Poison Arrow vs Hypershock, did you see the little green thing squirming on the starting box...? I wanted to know what the hell that was.

I don't know what it is, I tried the wiki, official Battlebots site, and even Arrow.com and found nothing. More technical details covering the bot were on Reddit, they implied that it's a mini-bot and has a "tail" and basically does nothing but flop there. I am sure there's SOME reason behind its existence.

Oh, I found out Poison Arrow's drone is named Buzz! Buzz is very fortunate to avoid the garden rake.

Season 2 wraps up tonight. My top pick to win the Nut is Tombstone. But I wouldn't put Minotaur past the big upset and taking it all.

Barring any odd intervention of a definitely biased divine power, I'd say Tombstone would tear through Yeti and Bombshell for sure.
