Peterloo. It was okay. Might have been great if it had just been cut more ruthlessly.

An Alan Smithee Nation wrote:Started watching Return of the Jedi as I have only ever seen bits of it before. Gave up on it pretty quickly, it's very dated, too muppety, and is generally just crap.

Also Puss in Boots, which was okay. Humpty Dumpty really reminded me of Nick Kwek form the BBC's Click programme.

Return of the Jedi is a whole load of meandering, disjointed busywork capped with a pitch-perfect climax that somehow works in spite of the weakness of everything around it.

It's a weird film.

Spiderman: Far From Home. Contrary to seemingly a lot of other people, I actually really enjoyed the movie. I’m pretty easily entertained when it comes to movies unless the plot is just absolutely terrible or there’s a blatant political agenda being forced down your throat.

Lot of the movie reviewers I watch and a good amount of my friends hated the movie.

A lot? It's got a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes for critics and 95% for audience. You managed to find a hole somehow.

Enemy. It was... weird. The visuals, however, were fantastic. I feel it’s worth watching solely for that.

The Driver, you can see the influence it has had on GTA games and Tarantino films. It looks great, but Ryan O'Neal is a poor Steve McQueen substitute.

The Killing Season with Robert De Niro and John Travolta. Not a good film.

Battlefield Earth - yes, that one. I wanted to know if it was as bad as everyone said, and by god it blew all expectations. Truly the worst film ever made.
An Oligarchic state where the ultra-rich govern a nation of entrepreneurs and innovators. Just as corrupt, hedonistic and materialistic as you think, despite its progressive policies and emphasis on quality of life.

Whiplash. I'm not sure I've ever found watching a movie so damn stressful. I had to keep pausing to take breaks.

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children visually very good but the children's special powers felt a little too convenient to the plot problems.

Jupiter Ascending. Thanks Netflix, providing me something to have on in the background while I dink around in Sky Factory 4.

Looking for a new series on Netflix atm.
