John Wick 3.

Pretty awesome stuff, dudes. I still liked 2 better than 3, though.

I hope they make a 4th.

Ghost in the Shell had low expectations but enjoyed it mostly. They really got the look and the atmosphere right.

Morgan okay if rather predictable. Not as good as Ex Machina

Well, that's the best news I've heard all day.

Oh, right.

Atomic Blonde.

I liked it a less than John Wick, which it's very similar to, but the glamorous, late 80's Cold War setting holds its own against Wick's modern day neo-noir setting.

Last film I saw was Godard’s Masculin Feminin. Very good film that makes me want to watch even more of Godard’s films and generally of the French New Wave

I have seen John Wick 1 but not 2. Can I watch 3 without being lost?

Sadly, no. 3 takes place mere minutes after the ending of 2, so you'll be really lost.

Ah, that sucks. Thank you anyway.
Have to see 2 then, the first was great from what I remember.

Shazam!

Started off good but got pretty cliché by the end. Also, the final fight scene could have been way shorter.

Shin Godzilla. I thought it was fantastic. I liked the focus on the internal government politics of dealing with Godzilla’s attack and the squabbling that comes with it. Also, the music was awesome. It really gave it a throwback feel to the older movies.

I loved that movie so much.

Last movie I saw was Aladdin on an impulse. It was a movie with things that happened in it.

I saw Brightburn yesterday. Brightburn was fun to watch but it wasn't necessarily great. There were tonal and character issues throughout with the jokes, the way characters act, and the credits of all places. Also, it is one of those movies that are really hard for me to form an opinion around. Solid 6/10 for me, might be a 7/10 if I rewatch it. I was expecting something great from the trailers, and what I watched was just decent.

2001: A Space Odyssey. The film gives me goosebumps every time I watch it. The LSD Trip at the end is a little excessive, however (it’s about 10 minutes long).

The Legend of Hell House kind of typical of the horror films around when I was of an age that horror films were most entertaining.
