I felt uncomfortable reading that. Fear of the Other is an issue that has perpetually troubled humanity, and to propagate violence as a solution and as the automatic reaction of a human being (especially for the purpose of humour) to something that is only different to us is counterproductive form of thinking. It would natural and understandable to be shocked and startled at such a strange sight, but a shapechanger is not inherently harmful or dangerous, and thus to kill one would be demonstrating nothing but the abhorrent danger of irrational fear of the other.

Yeah exactly, honestly some people need to stop going too far into things and drawing up imaginary implications. Its a fucking pisstake of how immersion breaking some aspects of RPG's can be, nothing else.
