I finally watched the two most recent episodes yesterday. I'm also really surprised no one on here seems to have watched Scare Master yet.

I would like the episode were it not for my confusion over why the hell it was being released before the Nightmare Night episode (or on the same day in Canada). The only thing Christmas themed I will accept this early is The Nightmare Before Christmas. Ignoring that, the Amish Pie family is fun, our questionably incestuous new shipping is adorable, insane angry Pie sister is awesome, and the return of Maude Pie is long overdue. There is one question that bothered me throughout the whole episode however. Why the hell does Pinkie's twin sister not look anything like her? I wouldn't presume they were even siblings if I hadn't been told beforehand, let alone twins.


Honestly this may have been the best message I've ever seen the show project. I don't think I've ever seen another kid's show actually address this before, despite how important it is. The fact that they come out and say that friends don't always have the same interests, and it's good to recognize your differences and do what makes you comfortable instead of trying to do something just to be with them is awesome. Also the obvious Flutterbat reference is awesome. I do have to admit a small part of me is sad about the death blow this delivers to secret sadist Fluttershy fics.
