So I havent watch MLP after my little sister started highschool back in the first 3 seasons. Out of curiosity, how does it all end? What happens to the main characters? Do applejack and rainbowdash ever tie the knot? Im looking for closure for a show I was forced to watch.

Dash is new head of the Wonderbolts.
Pinkie Pie had a kid with Cheese Sandwich.
Rarity is big time fashion person.
AJ still runs the farm.
Fluttershy is running a big ol animal sanctuary.
Spike got swole.

And they never canonically said AJ and Dash got together. But they do both live together on the farm now. So make of it what you will.

But a certain famously shipped twosome did get hitched for realsies.

Discord stayed good, the CMC got their Cutie Marks in season 5 for the dumbest fucking reason, pretty much every villain except Chrysalis was reformed, and that's about it.

As for the couple SpikexRarity, the thing is not clear but in an episode of the ninth season the little dragon no longer seems physically attracted to her. He still respects her but not like the first seasons.

I haven't watched all the episodes yet, but the whole Spike simping for rarity thing rubs me the wrong way. He worships the ground she walks on and she never does anything to curb this or steer him the right direction, if anything she takes advantage of his feelings for her.
