If he had blocked a bunch of other people too, it's probably some emotional thing, that's what happened to me on DA once. (Though he later unblocked everyone)

It's that bland Modernist style, big monolithic skyscrapers, nothing like the thatch-roofed houses of Ponyville, or best of all, the castle like buildings of Canterlot.
