Adventure Time Thread: It’s Over, Isn’t It?

The only decent one was the one with Lumpy Space Prince. And only cause I could listen to Peter Serafinowicz read the damn phone book. Other than that, they're just lazy. Like bad fanfics...which is what they are. Ice King's fanfics. Instead of actually making fun of the show, they squander the chance and just do 'Adventure Time, but the genders are flipped'.

Been a while. But I decided to bump cause I watched the leaks of The Islands mini-series. And oh my God...

They answered questions...AND DIDN'T CREATE ANYMORE! They just finally revealed the answers to a big time mystery (Where Finn comes from, what Susan is, are there more humans etc) and just left it as is! My God, they finally learned something.

Susan and Frida are totally GF's.

I actually liked it even more then stakes which I adored.

It made me feel bad enough for watching them for free for these last 4 years that I actually bought the DVD set to support the show.

There's not much left to support. It's ending in 2018.

True enough. Just wanted to demonstrate my appreciation in some way I guess. I hope the Lich plot line is resolved.

I personally feel Ice King's story has been resolved for the most part sad as it is but maybe they're saving him for the finale ( and Betty too ).

Other then that I don't remember if there are any other loose ends besides the elemental stuff which the show is already seemingly getting ready to deal with.

I guess Maja? But eh.

So, there was a new episode yesterday, and an upcoming mini-series event all this week. I tell you this, cause CN has literally not advertised it like, once. Too busy running a TTG promo for the 1000th goddamn time. I just found out myself when I saw a new review on AV Club.

As usual, CN hates acknowledging this shows existence. So it's on me to tell you there's a week of new episodes starting Monday. 6 episodes left before it closes shop. No set airdate for the finale yet, but it's apparently about Marceline.
