Well I don't really give a fuck, mainly because this is what naturally grows on my head. I do literally nothing to make it look like it does, besides shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in conditioner (though the second I used mousse so it stayed together without frizzing up, which was insanely helpful because I headbanged a whole lot that night).

I knew a girl, and she got excited about my hair and I let her straighten it, and that was weird, it was crazy soft. Like silk. My hair is usually soft but in a bumpy kind of way, it's got texture. But when it's straight you can just run your hand right through it like nothing. And the wind blows it all back, which I'll admit is nice, because my hair normally gets pretty stubborn and some of it flows with the wind but other parts of it dig in and stay stuck, and then it looks all messy.

I have actually changed my position on the horns thing. To extend the thumb is an insult to Dio. I concede this point to the metalheads.

And I was never trying to fit in. I like my individualism, I don't conform to other peoples' standards or desires. Like those girls that date you and try to change you. That's a deal breaker for me, I don't care how hot you are or how great the sex is, I'm not changing anything for anyone. I'm fine with the way I am.

See, now, I just don't care about my hair all that much. I just keep it clean and get it cut when it starts dangling in my eyes. Other than that, I don't care how it looks so long as it isn't sticking up. I also don't like it covering my ears for some reason. Just irritates me.

Oh, I get it, it's just that BDM is a genre I know pretty well, so I know enough BDM bands I get excited for that more generic ones don't do much for me. Had I of discovered them when I was just getting into BDM 13 years ago I'd probably shit my pants over them.
