No, but seriously, late-game Germany often is more than capable to take on those two enemies you mentioned, though they might have issues with supporting you unless they get access from AH.

It's worth mentioning that in my most recent V2 game it took four great powers, the entirity of the Americas, and Britains puppets to destroy Germany four+ years to do so. With heavy casualties. Germany will be fine.

I had a game in which I managed to hold off Britain, Russia, France and Murica a few times when I decided to completely wreck infamy.
Then my soldier pops imploded into rebellion, prevented me from defending myself and led to me being dismantled multiple times, but that's a whole other story.

Once you Revoke the Privilegia, all members of the HRE that don't take that opportunity to bolt (ie, all Imperial Princes who don't support the Reform I think) become vassals of the HREmperor. There is no limit to this type of vassals (other vassals count normally). Any subjects released within Imperial territory as Imperial Princes also become vassals of the HREmperor and don't count to relations limits. Build this up as high as you want, then hit Renovatio Imperii. All Imperial Princes are vassals, so they'll approve it, and boom, direct rule over all former vassals lands without spending time or points on diplo-annexations and cutting core costs down significantly by vassal formation and feeding.

I edit to add that Austria with regular vassals is stupid too. I mean, you get so many relations and so much reputation as Austria, especially with Diplomatic and Influence Ideas. You can take the -3 diplo rep hit from recent annexations and just shrug it off and annex another vassal and it'll still go fast.

True. The reason i don't want to play the Ottomans is becouse i played them quiet recently already, and i was playing them as the update screwed up my save game
So not really in the mood to play it again. I just started a game with Poland to get my other Polish achievements, perhaps if i hit a good run i'll try the 1001 provinces with them aswell.

Orange blob is the Republic of Texas.
Purple country over by Maine is New England.

Mexico is divided into three identical splinter states whose name I cannot remember.

The blue country in the Caribbean and Mexico is Havana.
The huge purple one in S.A. is South America. The light purple island in the Caribbean are South America's colonial nation.

The pink nation in western europe is West Europe. The big blue blob to the east of it is East Europe.
Light blew country up in Norway is Scandanavia.
The brownish country in Ukraine and Belarus is the Union State.
Bright blue country in former Russia is Rus. Pale blue country in former russia is Uralia.

Light blue country in nothern Africa is the Maghreb Union. Orange country in central africa is the African Union. Green country in lower Africa is the Democratic Republic of Africa.

Bright green country in the middle east is the Arab League.
The red nation north of them is Levant-Palestine.
The huge green nation to the east of that is the Sultanate of Greater Persia.

Have the French be going through multiple civil wars and internal turmoil like it was historically when Rollo waltzed along.

The 1001 Achieve requires direct rule though. Wouldn't anything you take in the Americas flip over to CNs, so you'd only rule them indirectly? And you can't annex CNs either.
Now, HREmperor with the unlimited vassals and then diplo-annexation spam, that could work out pretty well too, I imagine.

Ming might work. Go conquer Asia.

Speaking of Ming, how to erase the factions? The factions (Eunuch, Temples, Bureaucrats) limits options to do anything in EU3.

Brittany. Bretagne. Breizh. Bertangaland. The easiest kingdom to form from any Norse start (though obviously easiest with Haesteinn).

We've renamed the continent to New Spain on the grounds that only Spain actually has any enforceable claims to the region. The Pope is getting tired from signing all these Treaties and England's really pissed that he can't have some of that juicy South American cocoa.
