No, no its not. As a matter of fact, it is far worse than any ufo assault. Trying to clear no less than 12 EXALT shitheads out of that tiny section of map at the same time (there were 22 total) is the exact opposite of fun.

Well it actually worked out. Prussia whitepeaced with Russia (they were at war seperately) and Russia started stomping Austria. War ended with Russia taking over Slovakia and Greece getting the ottoman Aegan Islands.

I hate the tier one American tanks in war thunder, when ever i use them they are pathetic cardboard boxes that get taken out in a single shot but if i go up against them? Its like someone dropped a squad of Abrams battle tanks onto the field, i do fuck all against them and they are just unstoppable.

Think ill stick to German and Soviet tanks until they begin opening the American tank tree for non beta users.

I had a good race! 33rd to 4th around Hidden Valley in TC2000. Part of that was due to a great start, but I think I did well.

I play science mode, because I don't like to have to deal with money and contracts and I get overwhelmed by the options in sandbox mode. I'm currently building a version with more boosters and struts.

Mmmm sandbox is much more viable in my opinion.

Science/career mode is still broken, as it is possible to end up screwing up your unlock order so that it becomes impossible for you to earn enough science to actually progress any further.

With sandbox, you can still build things the way you would in science. Start with some easy butterfly staging, then you can honestly just jump straight to asparagus.

You don't have to worry about figuring out game essentials so you end up unlocking the right things. You just build. You aren't forced to use inferior cockpits at the start. You get instant access to jumbo fuel tanks. The nuclear engine is huge in vanilla, as it becomes the core of all of your long-distance expeditions. Of course if you get the scientific pack, fusion reactors and eventually antimatter drives replace them.

With a bit of cleverness, you can land on (but not necessarily return from) damn near anywhere using start level technology, so no, you can't screw yourself that way. In fact, I think that just crew reports will allow you to get enough science to get literally anywhere.

I blow up wall: Enemies retreat deeper into more cover.
I try to flank: Enemies decide to cover flanks while leaving most annoying-to-fight-enemy at the front.

Ive been doing that, though more so on Tier II soviet tanks as its mainly what i go up against, all the various types of T 34's etc.

Should probably start doing that on the US tanks as i easily have the biggest difficulty with those, thanks for reminding me. The x ray mode in the garage is so handy.
